President/CEO - Connie Fuksa  

Connie is the President/CEO of Foote Title Group.  She is a licensed Title Insurance Producer in the states of MD, VA and DC.  She received the designation of Certified Land Title Professional from the Maryland Land Title Association in 2006.  She is co founder and Chairperson of the Southern Maryland Chapter of the Maryland Land Title Association.  She has been involved with real estate closings for more than 25 years and has handled more than 15,000 closings over that time.  She started work with Foote Title Group in 1987 and became President/CEO of the family business in 1998.

Foote Title Group is approved by all of the major lenders and is approved to write for several of the National Title Insurance Underwriters.

Sales and Marketing - Anne Moore

My name is Anne Moore.  I began my career in 1995 as a licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent, that same year I discovered my expertise in real estate would be better served in the title and settlement industry.  I began my title and settlement career in 1996 and started my own title company.  The company took off very quickly.  In November 2005 I started a title company in NC.  Then I returned to sales in real estate in 2008 and was a top producing Real Estate Agent.

I have just relocated to Waldorf, MD and have joined the team at Foote Title Group and I am in charge of the Sales and Marketing for the company.  Due to my extensive knowledge in the real estate title industry I will enable Foote Title Group to offer the information and expertise of the settlement business to our customers.  Please feel free to contact me at any time. Settlement Officer - Shari Papanicolas

Settlement Processor - Lisa Pasini

My name is Lisa Pasini and I am the processor for closings for our Maryland office.
